Delivery guarantee

Most readings arrive within a few hours — guaranteed within 12 hours of purchase.

Full refund if delayed

If your reading hasn't been delivered within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at hello@woojoo.studio and we will refund you in full.

After delivery

Once your reading has been delivered, refunds are not available. It is a personalised digital product whose value is realised upon access, consistent with the withdrawal waiver you accept at checkout (see Terms §4).

Wrong birth details

If you entered your birth date, time, or place incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will regenerate your reading once, free of charge.
