Terms of Service

1. Who we are & contract structure

This service is operated by Woojoo UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Nürnberger Str. 29/30, 10789 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us").

Purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. When you buy a reading, your purchase contract is with Creem, and Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction. We are responsible for creating and delivering your reading.

2. The service

Your chart is computed by a deterministic calculation engine. The written interpretation is generated with the assistance of AI, following our in-house voice and terminology guide, and is reviewed before delivery.

The reading is a cultural and interpretive work. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no statement in it is a prediction or guarantee of future events.

3. Delivery

Your chart is calculated immediately after purchase. The written reading is composed and reviewed before it is sent. Most readings are delivered within a few hours; in all cases within twelve (12) hours of purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by requesting immediate preparation of your personalised reading at checkout and acknowledging the loss of your withdrawal right, your right of withdrawal expires once preparation of your reading has begun, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356(5) BGB.

Notice of withdrawal rights: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. However, if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, this right expires upon commencement of performance.

5. Refunds

If your reading has not been delivered within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at hello@woojoo.studio and we will refund you in full.

Once your reading has been delivered, refunds are not available, as the reading is a personalised digital product whose value is realised upon access.

If something is wrong with your reading, contact us at hello@woojoo.studio and we will make it right. Refund processing is handled by Creem.

6. Incorrect birth details

If you entered your birth date, time, or place incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will regenerate your reading with the corrected details once, free of charge. Additional regenerations may be offered at our discretion.

7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

8. Licence & personal use

Your reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share it privately. Republishing or reselling the reading or substantial parts of it is not permitted.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for slightly negligent breaches is limited to foreseeable, typical damages in the case of breaches of material contractual obligations. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, limb, or health remains unlimited.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
